This gentle mannered duck can be found on a number of family run farms across the country in particular Lincolnshire, Cornwall and Norfolk, each selected by Church & Manor.
A cross between Pekin and a Khaki Campbell, the soft-feathered Norfolk White is noisy and characterful. The welfare of the birds is uppermost, by day the ducks are free to wander their grassy paddocks and by night they are cosy and protected from predators in straw-filled barns.
The brilliant white eggs reflect their happy lives and are as rich and tasty as they are versatile.
