At Church & Manor we want customers to enjoy the taste and delights of unique eggs from duck, goose, quail and rare breed hens. These birds are reared and live contently on small farms throughout the country. The eggs they lay are hand picked, packed and available to you through supermarkets. The eggs are valued for their appearance as well as flavour, each offering a different taste, texture and twist to special dishes and everyday cooking.
Supporting farmers.
Church & Manor are supporting local farmers to grow, develop their business and help promote farming excellence. The farms that provide the duck, goose, quail and rare breed hens eggs, are all family run and have all been built up over many years, often generations. Church & Manor have helped these farms to diversify and provide all of them with a broad and sustainable outlet for their unique produce.
Supporting birds.
Church & Manor have spent considerable time helping the farms ensure that the welfare of the birds is uppermost. The birds spend their days in grassy paddocks or open spaces and at night are kept safe in strawed-barns. The nutritious feed is natural and purposely milled for the individual breeds and clean, fresh water is made available each day. Every effort is made to keep the birds happy and healthy and the evidence shows that they are.
